We took something of a risk by following his advice on pricing, however were rewarded by a large number of offers which clearly established the value of the property. We encountered several unforeseen issues during the process but at all times felt that the Platform team were available for advice and they went above and beyond what was strictly their role in order to assist us both up to completion and afterwards.
