I with Hamways from 3.5 years I am really happy with them .Very good letting agency .
One star just for the shear cheek that they exist. This awful unpleasant and unprofessional company will do anything to avoid its responsibility which it is paid to do... Manage property's...They are rude unhelpful patronising and incompetent. I would really like to say something positive sadly I can not. Just shocking on every level imaginable. I would strongly suggest you do not use them if you want to keep your sanity in tact, they simply reak of utter impertance.
Completely disingenuous for my duty of care! They keep threatening to take me to court but don't! Resident in property since 2007! You make your own mind up, everyone has a choice.
Despite calling for 3 days in a row to get a viewing on a property wed like to rent in north London and speaking to 4 different staff members...., No one can assist me to make the booking or tell me more about this property or bother to call me back at all!!!!Landlords steer clear! These people are not working for your benefit!!!
I just want to say how impressed I am with Hamways as a letting agent and managing agent. I have been a Tenant with Hamways for 8 months now and it has been a great experience. There have been minor snagging issues and they have gone above and beyond to rectify them more than i have ever expected.The team are always available friendly and helpful and the contractors they use are always respectful and efficient. I would recommend anyone to rent through them you wont regret it Thank you Hamways
