I rang this shop today to order some flowers for a friend that has just lost her Mum. The lady who answered the phone was so cold and unwilling to help me that it only added more dissapointment to my already naturally low mood. I decided to use Piper's Flower shop down the road and it went really well. Shame on Oxted Florists, really sad.
