First time I use Piper's and I could have not been more satisfied. They were very helpful and supportive and helped me to choose the right flower arrangement for a very sad occasion. The delivery was as promised and they kept me informed. I highly recommend them.
I had ordered two floral tributes for a funeral. The flowers were lovely - unfortunately one of the cards was on the wrong tribute. I was given a receipt for the initial order and payment - but not for the instructions of which cards go on which tribute. It is not the shop's policy but perhaps it should be in future - an important thing to get wrong on an important day.
