I called PTA Motorstore, Oxted to enquire whether they could look at my windscreen wipers that weren't working? Nothing is too much of a problem for them. The car was taken in without any pre booked appointment and I was asked to return back in an hours time. An hour later I returned to be handed my keys and to be told the windscreen wipers had been fixed and there was no charge. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend. Many thanks.

They're very friendly and polite here. I took my car in because I was worried about a noise I thought might be the wheel bearings. I asked them to check the brake pads at the same time - which the BMW dealer had previously warned me needed replacing. They found the bearings were fine and diagnosed tyre noise as the source of the issue. They also confirmed the brake pads were fine until my next service. For checking the car over I expected at least a small bill for their time but they refused to give me one. Easy to recommend.
