Rude, didnt turn up, didnt both to tell us then hung up on me when I called to inquire about where the taxi was.Never use
Absolutely awful. Booked a taxi for my family and was promised it would arrive - 26 calls later and 3 over tired children we are now having to stay the night with our friends . Every time we called they put the phone down on us - we got through once and they promised to call back. They never did. USELESS company and I would never book through them again .
I have been using this taxi company for more than 5 years. They have provided the most excellent service ever possible. Very punctual and and reliable every time. Thank you.
