Can you give less than one star. A boiler service left my previously working boiler (the I wanted servicing) with limited home water and the 'fix' was a further 350. They told me it was coincidental that the heat chamber broke at the same time as the service was completed. I agreed as I needed hot water. It didn't work and the next 'fix' was a complete power flush at 550 that also made no difference. One of the power flushers (nice guy) suggested it may be a sensor and Complete Plumbers came back and replaced the sensor. Guess what? It still didn't fix the issue. And now they will not talk to me. Never ever engage with this company Cowboys.
1.Asked them to change Expansion vessel and PRV in boiler that was loosing pressure. I was told that this can be done in 1.5 hours and total cost will be 230 2.Boiler engineer have changed PRV (it only cost 40) only and have charged 230! Next week boiler started leaking! (boiler never leaked before) and pressure started dropping again! 3.After I fully paid 230 (and issue still remains and even worse)I was asked to pay additionally 100(for what?), and if I want issue to be rectified next 250.Therefore they do job unprofessional on purpose, - to have next and next appointments. (Unfortunately I had 3 appointments to find that I need to stop dealing with them). And they simply invoice and invoice for no repairs.Added in 5 minutes:Company is in liquidation (please check Company House Reg Number 07076480)
Beware absolutely terrible,They asked for 50% upfront then disappeared for 2 weeks. This is a tactic used by cowboy builders and unfortunately we didn't know. They quoted for a two week job and they took 2 months!. In the end the quality was so bad we had to get someone else to finish it.To cap it off they demanded the full money from us which we refused and in the end the police had to remove them from my property.
Complete Plumbing are just the best local plumbing company. They repaired and now service my boiler. We even visited their showroom in Oxted and bought a new bathroom suite. It was installed perfectly. The workmen were courteous, clean, professional and above all else really good plumbers and bathroom fitters. Complete Plumbing are just very good at what they do. V Highly recommended.
