Shocking absolutely shocking had my wall hit down 5 months ago ,,,driver was insured an core claims are dealing with it,,my niece tripped over debris an went to doctors,,,health an safety they don't care,,,front door was hit frame broke,,door broke,,glass broke,,an they want to repair door,,,takes weeks to respond to emails,,,no wall no gates,,,on Avery very busy b road,,,if any of my dogs get injured I will sue them,,,now got local councillor involded,,,local newspaper,,,today containing local building surveying company,,and insurance ombudsman
Rude and unprofessional. Update: 5 months on and still no closer to resolving our claim. Absolutely useless. Will be contacting the ombudsman for support in resolving.
A client of Zennith caused considerable amount of damage to our property 6 months ago , Core claims are dealing with it ...I have had to resort to a 14 day letter before action , this speeded them up , for a bit Still havent received payment , county court summons will be issued
Ghastly communication from these guys. Have had very little contact or update concerning claim processed in April. Overall poor. Finding myself emailing every week with little to no hope of a reply. Fobbed off with one word answers.Would not recommendK Fox
